The only race I know of unaffiliated racing, open to all, young or old as long as they are riding a bicycle. After all--YOU ARE ONLY RACING AGAINST YOUR OWN TIME in a TIME TRIAL RACE. No dangerous pack riding. No competition pushing you beyond your physical limits. Only the clock--your own clock! So, help support the continuation of THE LOUIS REED RIPON TIME TRIAL with coming--NOT WITH MONEY. No money is needed or is asked for. JUST COME--YEAR AFTER YEAR. Keep it alive and race--regardless of whether or not you are competitive in your prime--or not so. Any age, any form of bicycle--even recumbents have come. Our schedule used to be that of a Ripon community festival and we have now long outlived that festival, but retained the date formula.
